HOW DID YOU BECOME INTRODUCED TO SKATEBOARDING AND WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE LIKE?
I got stoked on skateboarding because there was a local park called the Ollie House. It looked like a radical time and that’s how it’s been ever since, good times!
DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN AND WHAT IT WAS THAT GOT YOU HOOKED ON LIVING THIS LIFESTYLE?
Yeah when my sister went out with this kid that skated and he fuckin’ ripped. He was all into Emerica, Baker and Piss Drunx. When Baker 2G came out I was way into that shit! I wanted to be like all those guys and do my own thing. They just get drunk, smoke weed and still go skate all the time. It feels right to be with people that are here for the good times.

Dude I’d say it’s the cops that are fucking things up out here. There are a lot of legit spots but we usually get kicked out pretty quick so it’s a bummer sometimes.

I’m into Rock & Roll for sure cause it’s hard and fast. Like Pentagram, Sabbath, Samhain, D.R.I., Black Flag, and I love Motorhead. I like music that pumps me up to skate. I fuckin’ hate rap, it just sounds ridiculous.

When I saw Greco’s part in Baker 2G I was like fuck yeah he’s Italian. Plus he rips harder than anyone else with style and I’m down with the leathers. Also Layton is from the same area as me so watching him make it big has inspired me to try even harder. Geoff Rowley of course and Slash have a Rock & Roll style that is pretty rad.
IF YOU COULD RIDE FOR ANY BOARD COMPANY WHO WOULD IT BE OR WHICH ONES DO YOU LIKE MOST?
I like Zero and Baker cause I’ve been watching their videos for a long time. But last week I shook Tony Alva’s hand to see if it could help me in skating and it did, hahah. I have a lot of respect for the original skaters because of how it all started. So Alva boards would be legit. Having a skate legend as your TM would be crazy.

Cause my mind was all fucked up from stupid chicks. When I started up again it was like hitting the refresh button for sure. I think the reason why skateboarding and weed go well together is cause it makes you have a different mindset. You’ll think of new and different shit to do on your shred stick so it’s rad.

Yeah dude its been gnarly. I got banned from this kids house for getting caught messin’ around with a sexy lady while blasting Motorhead and then accidentally breaking his bong. Then I got into a fight with my brother Roach. We had a hotel party and everyone was wasted. I threw a beer at his face for some reason so he socked me a couple times. We wrestled to the ground and his thumb broke. Then we took a shot right after that so it’s chill. In the end I’m left with a black eye but he can’t jack off so it’s funny. But I’ve also got a lot of skating done this week so it has been productive to. It’s all good times out here in Temecula man.
